How do I track my ice cream delivery?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a SMS notification with a real-time tracking link showing the exact location of the Isbilen truck and your estimated arrival time.
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
Yes, we have a wide selection of plant-based and dairy-free frozen desserts. You can filter by dietary requirements on our product category page.
What happens if I am not home during the delivery window?
If you are not home, our driver will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, the order will be returned to the local hub to ensure the products do not melt, and we will reschedule your delivery.
How do you ensure the products stay frozen during transport?
Our delivery trucks are equipped with professional-grade sub-zero freezing compartments that maintain a constant temperature of -25°C, ensuring your treats arrive in perfect condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Vipps, and contactless payments directly at the truck. You can also pre-pay through our secure online checkout.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of frozen food, we cannot accept returns once the product has been handled by the customer. However, if there is a quality issue, please contact our support team immediately for a refund or replacement.
