Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we maintain a specialized return policy to ensure food safety and quality standards are never compromised. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Immediate Inspection
Please inspect your frozen goods immediately upon delivery to ensure everything is in perfect condition and still deeply frozen.
- 2.Report Discrepancies
Contact our customer service team within 24 hours if there are any issues with your order, providing your order number and photos of the items.
- 3.Safe Storage
Keep any items intended for return in your freezer at -18°C or colder until our driver arrives to collect them or a resolution is reached.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our team verifies the claim, we will process a refund to your original payment method or provide a credit for your next Den Norske Isbilen visit.
